Mineral supplement. Magnesium (TrioMig) and potassium with creatine.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and, in synergy with potassium, contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Ingredients
Fructose, magnesium (TrioMig: magnesium lactate, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium gluconate); acidity regulator: citric acid; tribasic potassium citrate, creatine monohydrate, flavoring; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (nano); coloring: beta-carotene.

How to use
We normally recommend 2 sachets per day, away from meals, dissolved in 150 ml of water, mix well until the product is completely dissolved and drink immediately.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.
