A topical solution indicated for the treatment of molluscum contagiosum, a viral infection caused by the Molluscipox Virus. The product, based on a 5% potassium hydroxide (caustic potash) solution, works by dissolving cells infected by the molluscum virus, generating an inflammatory response. Resolution of this response leads to the elimination of the virus. A preventive diagnosis for the presence of the molluscum contagiosum virus must always be performed before administering this product.

How to use
Apply morning and evening exclusively and in small, targeted areas to the pupae of molluscum contagiosum using the special spatula applicator. Let dry thoroughly to prevent the product from spreading to surrounding healthy skin. Be sure to cover all papules present during application. Re-dip the spatula into the solution bottle after treating 3-5 papules.

Warnings
The product contains a potentially corrosive alkaline agent (caustic potash), so it is recommended to carefully avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, and damaged skin. If the product comes into contact with eyes or unaffected skin, rinse thoroughly with running water for at least 15 minutes and then consult a doctor. For external use only. Do not ingest.
In particular, pay attention to:
• that the bottle is always kept in a vertical position;
• that there is no excess solution on the spatula, possibly by passing it over the internal surface of the bottle opening;
• that the product is tightly closed and out of the reach of children .

Components
5% aqueous solution of Potassium Hydroxide (corrosive alkaline solution).
