Description
Clearblue Advanced Fertility Monitor is a monitor that checks and records information about your fertility and pregnancy.
It monitors the levels of the two key fertility hormones (estrogen and luteinizing hormone), identifying your fertile window each cycle, when the chances of conception are highest (the few days preceding and corresponding to ovulation).
The monitor reads simple urine tests to track your personal hormone levels and is designed to identify all the days when your fertility is high and peak.
It helps identify more fertile days than any standard LH (Luteinizing Hormone)-based ovulation test and offers a greater chance of getting pregnant each cycle.
The simple touch screen tells you which days you need to take urine tests and lets you set an alarm as a reminder.
You can also mark your intercourse dates on your calendar and view all your personal fertility information for your last 6 menstrual cycles on one screen.
By reading your specific hormone levels, the monitor displays your fertility level as “Low,” “High,” or “Peak” each day, so you can plan and optimize your chances of getting pregnant.
Clearblue Advanced Fertility Monitor allows you to perform pregnancy tests.
You can check if you're pregnant starting 3 days before your expected period. The monitor will calculate when your period is likely to arrive, so you can find out as soon as possible if you're pregnant.

How to use
Before use, always read the instructions on the packaging and in the instruction booklet.
Set up your monitor and wait until your next menstrual cycle has started before setting a new cycle and testing interval. The testing interval is a 6-hour period during which you can test with your first urine of the morning.
Always start your testing cycle with enough fertility tests from the same lot for at least 10 tests.
Perform fertility tests when the monitor displays the Test Day screen and always during the testing window.
Turn on your Clearblue Advanced Fertility Monitor during your testing window every morning to see if you are eligible for a fertility test.
You should always use the first urine of the morning or the urine obtained after the longest period of sleep.
When you are ready to test, remove a stick from the foil and use it immediately.
Immerse the absorbent tip pointing downward into your urine stream for only 3 seconds, or collect a urine sample in a clean, dry container and immerse the absorbent tip in the urine for only 15 seconds.
Holding the stick facing down, remove the cap from the handle and place it on the absorbent tip.
Wipe off excess urine from the stick.
Immediately insert the stick into the test slot on the monitor and place it on a flat surface.
Wait 5 minutes. The screen turns off after 1 minute, but the monitor continues analyzing the sample. The indicator light flashes during the test.
A beep sounds when the test is complete. If the monitor is off, turn it back on. The screen prompts you to remove the test stick before displaying the result. Dispose of the used test stick in your regular household waste.
Reading the results:
- Low: Estrogen and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels are low; it is unlikely (but not impossible) to get pregnant
- High: When the monitor has detected a rise in estrogen levels, it displays "High." In the following days, the monitor will attempt to detect an LH surge. It will continue to display "High" until the LH surge is detected and "Surge" is displayed. You should continue testing as directed by the monitor.
Menstrual cycles vary from woman to woman, and hormonal patterns can be different, so the number of high-fertility days you experience is a personal characteristic.
- Peak: When an LH surge is detected, the monitor displays "Peak." You'll notice that "Peak" will be displayed for two consecutive days. Your most fertile window includes the day of the LH surge and the following day (usually the day of ovulation).
If you used the monitor for a pregnancy test, the result will be displayed. The result will also be displayed on the calendar screen.

Warnings
Dispose of the used stick in normal household waste.
Never reuse the stick.
Not for internal use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the stick if the foil wrapper is damaged.
Do not use after the expiration date.
