Description
Vitamin and mineral supplement. Formulated to best support the general well-being of men and women and meet their specific nutritional needs.
Contains:
-Vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress;
-Iron, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin;
-Zinc, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system;
-Vitamin D, which contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and healthy bones;
-Vitamin A, which contributes to the maintenance of normal vision;
-Vitamins B2, B6 and B12, which contribute to normal energy metabolism.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet a day with a glass of water, preferably away from meals.
