How to use
1 sachet of L-ascorbic acid and D-ribose, plus a sachet of potassium bicarbonate dissolved together in 20 ml of water, once a day in the morning on an empty stomach.
1. Pour the contents of the two sachets into 20 ml of water.
2. Do not mix with a metal spoon.
3. Wait until the effervescence has stopped. Ready to drink after 1 minute.
