NIKEDEP PLUS
Dietary supplement containing amino acids, guarana, vitamin C, zinc, and selenium. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism. Zinc, vitamin C, and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Guarana is useful for its tonic effects, particularly in the presence of physical and mental fatigue. Creatine increases physical performance during repetitive, high-intensity, and short-duration activities. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, fructose, L-arginine, L-carnitine L-tartrate; acidifier: citric acid; beta-alanine, orange juice powder, taurine, flavoring, guarana (Paullinia cupana Kunt) seed dry extract titrated at 8% caffeine; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; coenzyme Q10; emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); colorings: beetroot red, beta-carotene; PidoZinc zinc pidolate; sweetener: sucralose; selenium L-methionine.

How to use
1 sachet per day, to be dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml), preferably in the morning.
