Description
Novalac Anti-Constipation is a powdered food for special medical purposes indicated to meet the nutritional needs of children aged 0 to 36 months who experience constipation, slow intestinal transit, and hard stools. Novelac Anti-Constipation has a specific composition of minerals and carbohydrates (lactose only) that regulate intestinal transit by increasing the water content of stool, softening it, and stimulating intestinal transit.
Novalac Anti-Constipation can be the sole source of nutrition for infants aged 0 to 6 months if breastfeeding is not possible. Afterward, and upon medical advice, Novalac Anti-Regurgitation should be incorporated into the child's varied diet.

How to use
Always wash your hands before preparing the bottle.
Clean and sterilize the bottle, teat, and all materials used.
Bring the water to the boil for 5 minutes and let it cool to 40°C, or heat oligomineral water (from a recently opened bottle) to 40°C.
Pour the necessary amount of water into the bottle.
Add the correct amount of Novelac powder using the measuring cup included in the package. Level each scoop with a clean, dry knife without pressing the powder down.
Close the bottle with the hard plastic cap and shake until the powder is completely dissolved, avoiding lumps. Remove the cap and attach the sterilized nipple to the bottle.
Allow to cool to 37°C. Check the temperature of the bottle by placing a drop of the product on your wrist. Use immediately.

Reconstitution (13%): 1 level, unpressed scoop (4.3 g) for every 30 ml of water.
Use only the measuring cup provided with the product.
The number of meals should be adapted to the child's appetite on the advice of the doctor.
Following your doctor's approval, it is recommended to introduce Novelac Anti Constipation gradually, according to the following indications:
- 1st day: every second bottle;
- 2nd day: with every bottle.

Warnings
Do not use after the date indicated on the jar.
Remove the foil completely when opening the container for the first time. Close the container with the plastic lid after each use.
Don't prepare the bottle in advance, but always just before the meal.
Each meal should be consumed within one hour of preparation.
The product should not be reused if it remains in the bottle after feeding. Discard any remaining product.
Do not use the bottle as a pacifier.
Don't add sugar.
The product is not suitable for tube feeding.
The product is not suitable for parenteral administration.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and contamination at temperatures not exceeding 25°C.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 3 weeks.
