A low-calorie (150kcal per serving) whey protein powdered oral nutritional supplement designed to promote muscle recovery in individuals with increased protein needs. Contains ActiSyn: a proprietary blend of whey protein, leucine, and vitamin D designed to stimulate muscle protein synthesis.

How to use
1. Mix 125ml of cold water in a container or shaker.
2. Add 6 scoops (about 40 g) of powder.
3. Shake or mix well.
4. For best results, let the product rest for 5 to 10 minutes before consuming.
5. Consume within 2 hours. Always discard any uneaten product.
1-2 servings of 40 g (6 scoops) per day, or as prescribed by your doctor.

Do not administer parenterally. Use only under medical supervision. Not intended as a sole nutritional source. Intended for use by adults. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. It should be used with caution in children over 3 years of age, and adequate daily intake should be monitored by a physician. Use with caution in individuals with renal and/or hepatic (hormonal) dysfunction associated with impaired calcium and/or bone metabolism (excluding osteoporosis), or who are taking additional calcium supplements greater than 500 mg/day or additional vitamin D supplements greater than 40 mcg/day.
