Description
Lubricating ophthalmic solution, based on high concentration (0.4%) of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate, formulated to relieve the symptoms of dry eye, even in severe cases, for ocular discomfort and for the protection of the cornea.
Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gives the product a high viscoelasticity that ensures an excellent level of hydration and permanence on the ocular surface, providing long-lasting relief from dry eye symptoms, such as pain, burning, stinging, foreign body sensation in the eye, tired and strained eyes or tearing.
It is indicated:
• for the relief of dry eye symptoms, ocular discomfort, as well as for the protection of the cornea as a tear substitute, providing long-lasting hydration;
• can be administered for ocular lubrication even when using contact lenses.
It is useful during and following prolonged exposure to sunlight, air conditioning, prolonged use of screens, and contact with cleaning products. Ocutears Hydro+ can also relieve eye discomfort caused by surgery.
This product is sterile and preservative-free.

How to use
Instill 1 or 2 drops in each eye, once or more times a day or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Take the strip of single-dose containers and remove one. Open the container by twisting the cap. Gently squeeze to release 1 drop into the eye. Properly dispose of any remaining product in the single-dose container after use.

Components
Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate 0.4%, disodium tetraborate decahydrate, boric acid, sodium chloride, water for injections (PPI).

Warnings

Do not use the product if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of its components.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.

Keep away from heat, sunlight, moisture and out of reach of children.
Do not ingest.
Make sure the tip of the container does not come into contact with the eye.

Conservation
Store below 25°C. Do not freeze.
The single-dose container must be used immediately after opening and disposed of after use.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
