Fish oil, standardized to 40% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 20% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid); D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), lemon [Citrus limon (L.) Osbeck.] essential oil; shell: edible gelatin; firming agent: glycerol; water.

How to use
It is recommended to take it after meals, with plenty of water or other liquid.
1 pearl per day, for normal cardiac function (250 mg EPA+DHA per day).
2 pearls per day, to maintain normal brain function (250 mg DHA per day).
2 pearls per day, for healthy eyesight (250 mg DHA per day).
4 pearls per day, to maintain normal blood triglyceride levels (2 g EPA+DHA per day).
5 pearls per day, to maintain normal blood pressure (3 g EPA+DHA per day).
