Property
Coenzyme Q10 : also called ubiquinone (or vitamin Q), is a physiologically important molecule involved in the process of cellular respiration.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Magnesium : contributes to normal energy metabolism and the physiological functioning of the nervous system, and is also useful for reducing tiredness and fatigue.
Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium): helps counteract localized tension, menstrual cycle disorders and promote joint function.
Ginger (Zingiber officinalis Roscoe): is a herbaceous plant of the Zingiberaceae family, grown in many tropical and subtropical regions. Ginger, in addition to its physiological anti-nausea effect, helps counteract localized tension, menstrual disorders, and promotes joint function.

Magnesium citrate, flavouring; acidifier: citric acid; thickener: guar gum; feverfew [(Tanacetum parthenium Sch. Bip., herba) dry extract tit. 0.8% in parthenolide, maltodextrin], coenzyme Q10, maltodextrin; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; coated ginger [(Zingiber officinalis Rosc., rhizoma) dry extract tit. 14% in gingerols; anti-caking agent: talc; glazing agents: shellac, hydroxypropylcellulose], riboflavin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water or other cool beverage. The concentrated product should be consumed after reconstituting it in 200 ml of water or other cool beverage (equivalent to a full glass).
