Cimicifuga is useful for counteracting menopausal symptoms.
Vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Griffonia and hawthorn contribute to relaxation and mental well-being.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia DC. Baill.) seeds dry extract titrated at 20% in 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha L.) flowers and leaves dry extract titrated at 3% in total flavonoids such as vitexin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Bfidobacterium lactis (B420) SD6685, black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa Nutt.) rhizome dry extract titrated at 2.5% in triterpenglycosides; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), melatonin.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 capsule per day, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
