Medical device for use with NovaLife 2 Colostomy and Urostomy Bags as well as Nova Urostomy Bags. The oval-shaped plate, with a 6 mm convexity at the center and a centered cutout, has the following features:
- Protective barrier with differentiated thickness (decreasing from the center to the edges) to promote flexibility and adaptability to the contours of the body.
- GX Hydrocolloid, ideal for all skin types, even the most sensitive, guarantees maximum skin tolerability.
- Self-propelled flange to allow atraumatic application without pressure on the abdomen and ensure freedom of movement.
- Clear, writable protective film with tab and cutting guide for easy preparation and application.
Non-sterile. Single-use. Free from latex, DEHP, DBP, and BBP.
Duration of use: it is recommended to keep the plate in place for 48 to 72 hours.
Components
Hydrocolloid: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polysobutylene, pectin, gelatin and cotton fibres.
Transparent and writable protective film in Polyester.
Ring for attachment to the PE bag.
Self-propelled flange in PE.
White/transparent convex insert in Polyethylene.
Plate support in breathable synthetic EMA material.

Store in a cool, dry place.
