PONTEFIX BRIDGE FIXING SET

Description
Temporary fixation for bridges, crowns, abutments, and crowns made of any material, on prepared teeth and implants. For simplicity, the instructions use the term "crown" to indicate all the elements requiring Pontefix. Pontefix's original formula made it possible to use zinc oxyphosphate for temporary fixation.
- Pontefix maintains the characteristics of a permanent fixing unchanged.
- Pontefix does not damage the capsules under any circumstances.
- The product is for single use.

How to use
Carefully remove any debris inside the capsule using a sharp object. Then complete the cleaning process with a cotton swab soaked in alcohol.
Place the cotton roll between the gum and the cheek, near the tooth or implant on which the bonding is to be made.
Check which is the correct direction of the capsule to place it directly on the tooth.
Open the powder jar and add all the liquid contained in the single-dose vial.
Mix with the spatula until the mixture is smooth (about 20/30 seconds).
Caution: The mixture hardens in about 2 minutes; therefore, proceed quickly.
To use the product in high temperature conditions (above 28°C-30°C) it is recommended to mix the components in a cool, shaded place as it may harden more quickly.
Using the spatula, fill the capsule halfway with the compound. (If a core post (Richmond Crown) becomes detached, the compound should be applied directly to the post.
Insert the cap onto the tooth in the correct position.
Remove the cotton roll previously inserted between the cheek and the gum and place it over the fixed capsule.
Clench your teeth for about five minutes.
Once the mixture has set, remove any excess compound that has come out of the capsule.

Warnings
Despite its excellent resistance, Pontefix does not eliminate the causes that led to the denture's detachment. If the problem persists, we recommend contacting your dentist.
The compound contained is sufficient to fix one to four capsules at the same time.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
