Description
Food supplement containing potassium citrate, vitamin B6 and Phyllanthus niruri extract, with sugar, useful in cases of increased physiological needs or decreased dietary intake of the nutrients it contains.

Gluten and lactose free.
The test strips included in the package are a self-testing tool that allows you to measure urine pH. The test strips contain reagents that, upon contact with certain substances in urine, can cause color changes within minutes.

How to use
Concentrated product in a sachet to be consumed after reconstitution in 150 ml of water (equal to a full glass of water), twice a day.
How to use the test strips
It is preferable to measure urinary pH in the morning, following the following procedures:
1. collect a portion of the urine in a special container;
2. With dry hands, take a test strip from the plastic pouch included in the package;
3. immerse one tip of the test strip in the urine in the container for a few seconds;
4. Remove the test strip from the container and allow any excess urine to drip out;
5. After a few minutes, compare the color of the test strip with the reference color scale printed in the leaflet inside the plastic bag;
6. write down the pH reading, the date and time of the reading on a sheet of paper;
7. Dispose of the test strip in your household waste container;
8. communicate the urine pH values ​​detected to the doctor, so that he can implement, if necessary, a personalized adjustment of the dosage.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For potassium intake, consult your doctor.
Concomitant use of certain medications can also interfere with potassium retention in the body. Use is not recommended for children.
Contraindicated in patients with hyperkalemia (excessive potassium concentrations in the blood), renal insufficiency, in patients undergoing digitalis therapy, in patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
The product should be avoided in patients with heart disease due to the risk of hyperkalemia. It should be used with caution in patients with impaired renal function.
Administration of the product in subjects taking drugs such as potassium-sparing diuretics (amiloride, triamterene), aldosterone antagonists (spironolactone), ACE inhibitors, anticholinergics or potentially nephrotoxic drugs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) must only occur under strict medical supervision.
