Calcium food supplement from Lithothamnion calcareum algae, a red algae rich in calcium and other micronutrients, present in seawater, which promote its absorption.
Vegetable Calcium KD is also enriched with MenaQ7, a Vitamin K2 obtained by biofermentation and Vitamin D3, obtained from Lichen.
Calcium and Vitamin K2 contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones, while Vitamin D3 contributes to the absorption of Calcium and phosphorus.
Recommended for the elderly and postmenopausal women to prevent osteopenia and osteoporosis. It can be useful for growing children to strengthen bones and teeth, and as a supplement for fractures. Also recommended for those who are lactose intolerant or follow a vegan diet.

How to use
2-4 tablets per day, at main meals, with a little water or other liquid for a duration that can vary depending on your needs.
Menopause: 4 tablets a day for at least 6 months.
Fractures: 4 tablets per day for 2 months and 2 tablets per day for one month.
Growth: 2 tablets per day for 3 months.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
