Contains marine collagen, a natural source of type I collagen, which, along with hyaluronic acid, is one of the main constituents of skin and connective tissue in general. The formula is complemented by proline, a key component of collagen, and vitamin C, which contributes to collagen formation for normal skin function.
Ingredients
NATICOL (hydrolyzed fish collagen), inulin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); acidifier: citric acid; L-proline, natural lemon flavor with other natural flavors; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sodium hyaluronate, flavoring; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (at least 150 ml), stir well until the powder is completely dissolved, and drink. It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets per day, preferably between meals.
