Description
Topical cream for the treatment of proctitis, anal fissures, and hemorrhoids. Prevents and treats proctitis and tenesmus from anorectal radiotherapy. It relieves inflammation, pain, swelling, and itching. It has a lubricating and protective effect, stimulating mucosal tissue regeneration and re-epithelialization.
It is a valid alternative to steroidal and nonsteroidal drugs, disinfectants, and topical antibiotics. It has no contraindications and does not pose any risk of overdose.
Since it is not a drug, it can be used by everyone: children, adults, the elderly, categories of patients at risk, pregnant women, and radiotherapy patients.
Anti-inflammatory and antipruritic action: it inactivates cyclo-lipo-oxygenase (COX-2) by reducing the prostaglandins responsible for pain and swelling and activates aminoxidases (MAO and DAO) which degrade histamine and serotonin, which cause redness and itching.
Induces tissue regeneration and repair: it stimulates the synthesis of fibroblasts, collagen, and new blood vessels by acting on the growth factors FGF, PDGF, EGF, VEGF, and HIF-1alpha. It promotes cell adhesion in the formation of new tissue by stimulating the transcription of e-cadherins.

How to use
Thoroughly clean the affected area with hydrozoil diluted in water and dry.
In case of proctitis: screw the appropriate endorectal cannula onto the tube and apply to the affected area in the evening, in the morning and after each bowel movement until the situation normalizes.
For fissures and hemorrhoids: apply a small amount of product directly to the affected area. The treatment period varies depending on the speed of the therapeutic response.

Ozoil (stable ozonides with vitamin E acetate), cera alba, glycyrrhetinic acid, hyaluronic acid, blackcurrant, arginine.

Conservation
Store away from light, in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 48 months.
Shelf life after opening: 6 months.
