Descriptive sheet PROCTONORM GEL
Description
Muco-adhesive gel for anal, perianal, and endorectal use, based on hyaluronic acid enriched with plant-based ingredients with protective, emollient, and soothing properties. It protects the damaged anal and perianal surfaces by limiting their interaction with external factors, thus combating symptoms related to lesions and fissures, preventing the onset of infections, and preventing the recurrence of wounds. It provides relief from pain, burning, and itching and helps prevent irritation and chafing in the perianal area. Non-greasy. The endorectal cannula is a Class I medical device, ref. CO7010, manufactured by Inge Spa. Paraben-free and fragrance-free.

How to use
Product suitable for anal, perianal and endorectal use.
- Anal and perianal use : Place the product on clean fingers and gently massage into the affected area (perianal and/or anal). Wash hands thoroughly after use. Recap after use. Apply 2-3 times a day and, when possible, after each bowel movement. Use for no more than 3 weeks or until symptoms resolve. Consult your doctor if you do not notice an improvement in your clinical condition.
- Endorectal use : unscrew the cap, break the safety seal with the back cap, and screw the endorectal cannula with the protective cap onto the neck of the tube. Remove the cap and squeeze until the cannula is full, releasing a small amount of product to lubricate the cannula. Gently insert the cannula into the rectum. Squeeze the tube again until a sufficient amount of product is introduced. Apply to the external area as well. After use, thoroughly clean the cannula with running water to remove all product residue and replace the cap before storing. Apply 1-2 times daily as needed, whenever possible after bowel movements.
