Active ingredients: microencapsulated probiotics (Bifidobacterium breve BR03-Lactobacillus Rhamnosus LR04), B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12).

How to use
1-2 capsules daily for at least 10 consecutive days. It is recommended to take the product on an empty stomach, preferably half an hour before meals.
