PROTESAN MONO KIT DISPOSABLE PROSTHESIS

Description
Resin for repairing broken, damaged or missing dentures. It works in 20 minutes, does not compromise the technician's subsequent intervention, and does not contain allergenic or harmful cyanoacrylate substances.

How to use
- Clean the prosthesis and dry it thoroughly.
- Rub about 5 mm of each part separated by the break with sandpaper until the surface becomes rough.
ATTENTION
- Do not use any tool or compound on the surfaces to be rejoined.
- Do not abrade the surfaces to be welded with sandpaper, but only the upper part of the prosthesis.
- Remove the block of plasticine from the package and place it on a flat surface.
- Insert the parts of the prosthesis separated by the break into the block of plasticine, making sure they match up.
- Make sure the parts are well joined and secured.
- Open jar A containing the pre-dosed powder, add 35-40 drops of the liquid contained in bottle B using the appropriate dropper.
- Mix with the spatula until you obtain a smooth, sticky mixture.
- Using the spatula, apply the compound over the rejoined parts, along the entire break, making sure to obtain a thickness of about 2 mm and a width of 5-6 mm, covering the surface previously abraded with sandpaper.
- Moisten the tip of a finger with liquid B and apply a uniform layer.
- Wait 15 minutes to ensure that the mixture has hardened completely (hardening time depends on the room temperature).
- The possible presence of a white halo does not alter the repair.
- Remove the prosthesis from the block of plasticine.
- Clean the prosthesis of any plasticine residue.
- Remove any residue of the repair compound using sandpaper.
Detachment of a tooth from the denture
- Clean both the tooth and the cavity with a cotton ball soaked in liquid B.
- Introduce the compound into the cavity and apply the tooth.
- Wet the tip of a finger with Liquid B, then wipe off the excess compound around the applied tooth.
- Leave to harden for 15 minutes.
