How to use
Adults: 1 stick per day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before bed.
Pour the contents of the stick into a dry glass and add water or milk, provided it is not hot. Stir well before use. Any undissolved particles that may appear after shaking are a natural characteristic of the product and do not constitute a defect.
Warnings
