Symbiotic food supplement, consisting of a combination of a consortium of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria (probiotics) and 99% pure psyllium fiber (prebiotic).
The probiotic consortium developed by Nathura promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.
Psyllium fiber, on the other hand, nourishes the intestinal bacterial flora, encouraging its growth. Furthermore, it has the unique property of forming a gel when in contact with water, which can modulate the consistency of fecal mass. The potential occurrence of abdominal bloating is limited because the intestinal flora ferments psyllium moderately.
One sachet of PSYLLOGEL Megafermenti 24 provides 24 billion live lactic ferments and 2.5 grams of psyllium fibre.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets of PSYLLOGEL Megafermenti 24 per day depending on your needs (for advice, consult your doctor or pharmacist), away from meals.
PSYLLOGEL Megafermenti 24 should be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a glass (150 ml), fill with still water, stir well for about a minute, and drink immediately. Any increase in consistency (gel formation) is a hallmark of the excellent qualities of PSYLLOGEL Megafermenti 24; if necessary, adjust the consistency by further increasing the amount of water.
