Dietary supplement based on vitamins and minerals. Thanks to the presence of chasteberry extract, it helps combat menstrual cycle disorders. Magnesium and vitamins B6, B9, and B12 reduce tiredness and fatigue; vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Thanks to the presence of these multiple elements, it combats menstrual cycle-related disorders, while also helping reduce tiredness and fatigue. Ingredients

How to use
We recommend taking two softgels daily (one in the morning and one in the evening) with water, away from meals, starting ten days before the start of your menstrual cycle for a total of fifteen days. For persistent symptoms, you can take one capsule daily for three consecutive months.
