Description
A dietary supplement designed to complement the diet of individuals requiring nutrients essential for the physiological function of muscles. REBILFAST provides branched-chain amino acids, nutrients useful in an athlete's diet, and combines creatine, vitamins, and minerals. Creatine (3 g/day) can increase physical performance in adults who engage in intense physical exercise, including repetitive, high-intensity, short-duration activities. Zinc and magnesium contribute to normal protein synthesis, while calcium and magnesium also contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage. REBILFAST is sugar-free and may also be suitable for diabetics.

How to use
Take 1 or 2 sachets daily, preferably between meals. The product is concentrated in amino acids, so it should be dissolved in plenty of water, approximately 150-180 ml. To promote optimal dissolution, add the powder first, then the water, and stir vigorously for about 1 minute or until completely dissolved.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The beneficial effects of creatine are obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine (equivalent to 2 sachets). Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use in children, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. The expiration date refers to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly.
