Dietary supplement containing glycine, resveratrol, melatonin, vitamin D, and black cohosh extract. Black cohosh is useful for combating menopausal symptoms, while vitamin D contributes to maintaining normal bones and muscle function. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. With sweetener. Available in orodispersible sachets.

Glycine; bulking agent: isomalt; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; emulsifier: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate; resveratrol (from knotweed roots, Polygonum cuspidatum Siebold & Zucc.), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), medium chain triglycerides; acidity regulator: citric acid; orange flavouring, black cohosh [Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt., rhizome] es; antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate; L-arginine (2.1 mg/bst), melatonin; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
Take one sachet daily in the evening, one hour before bed. Pour the powder directly into your mouth, under your tongue, and allow it to absorb. Do not swallow or take with water.
