Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia semen) dry extract titrated at 25% in 5-htp, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L. radix) dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acid, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L. herba c. floribus) dry extract titrated at 3.5% in vitexin, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid). Processing adjuvants: Microcrystalline cellulose, Sorbitol, Silica dioxide, Vegetable magnesium stearate.

How to use
We recommend taking 1-2 tablets daily with a glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. For optimal and long-lasting results, we recommend taking them for at least 3 months.

Warnings
It is not habit-forming: it can be taken for long periods without side effects. In some individuals, griffonia may cause nausea, heartburn, constipation, and mild drowsiness. These effects appear during the initial period of use and disappear spontaneously as the body adjusts to the daily dose.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
