Bulking agent: cellulose; inulin, monacolins from red rice (Oryza sativa L., seeds) fermented by Monascus purpureus, ubidecarenone (coenzyme Q10); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); capsule shell: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day with water, preferably in the evening after dinner.

Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in children under 18, or in adults over 70. Consult a doctor before taking this product if you have any health problems. Do not take if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications. Do not take if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice. It is recommended not to consume more than 3 mg of red yeast rice monacolins per day.
