Griffonia and Crocus contribute to normal mood, supported by vitamin B6 which contributes to normal psychological function.
Griffonia together with hops has beneficial effects on sleep.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds] dry extract titrated at 95% in 5-hydroxytryptophan; Hops (Humulus lupulus L., strobilus) dry extract titrated at 0.4% in rutoside; Saffron dry extract (Crocus sativus L., flower); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silica dioxide; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, fatty acids; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; Calcium pantothenate (pantothenic acid); colouring: titanium dioxide; Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); Riboflavin (vitamin B2); Thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1); calcium L-methylfolate (folate).

How to use
Take one tablet daily, preferably in the evening.
