Complex of folic acid, vitamin B12 and S-adenosyl-L-methionine indicated in all cases of decreased intake or increased need for these nutritional elements.
Folic acid and vitamin B12 contribute to maintaining normal psychological function, reducing tiredness and fatigue, and contributing to normal homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Sweeteners: mannitol, xylitol, sucralose, acesulfame K, neosperidine DC; S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate p-toluenesulfonate (SAM-e); anti-caking agents: fatty acids, magnesium oxide, silicon dioxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel); flavorings; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); acid: citric acid; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day away from meals, to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
