How to use
1. Pull the outer ear up and back to straighten the ear canal and ensure a proper, comfortable fit.
2. Carefully insert the plug into the ear canal, twisting and wiggling it slightly.
3. When inserted correctly, the earplug should have a snug fit, all flanges should be inside the ear canal, and the surrounding noise level should be significantly reduced. If the earplug does not fit well, we recommend trying a different size. Do not insert the earplug too deeply. It should always be possible to grasp and remove it.
Removal: To avoid pain and/or damage to the ear canal/eardrum, gently twist the earplugs while slowly removing them.
