A dietary supplement useful for promoting sleep thanks to Californian poppy. Melatonin facilitates sleep onset. Serenotte also contains L-theanine.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylcellulose; California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) aerial part es titrated at 0.2% total alkaloids expressed as protopine, L-theanine, red poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flowers es; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; corn starch, flavouring, melatonin.

How to use
To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, it is recommended to take 1 tablet (corresponding to 1 mg of melatonin) with a little water before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
