Description
Food supplement based on L-theanine, magnesium, plant extracts and with melatonin miniactives retard.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system, while jujube dry extract promotes relaxation, sleep, and mental well-being.
With sugar and sweetener.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin, magnesium salts of citric acid, L-theanine, magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson) bark extract tit. 2% in honokiol, jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) seed extract tit. 2% in triterpenic saponins, flavouring, melatonin miniactives retard (melatonin, sucrose, corn starch; stabilizer: hydroxypropylcellulose; glazing agent: shellac; anti-caking agent: talc); acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; colouring: beta-carotene; melatonin.

How to use
Dissolve 1 stick in a glass of water in the evening just before going to bed.
Concentrated product in stick form to be consumed after reconstituting in 200 ml of water (equal to a full glass of water).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take if you are hypersensitive or allergic to one or more components. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). It should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by children under 18 years of age. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat. Avoid contact with water.
