How to use
It is recommended to drink a cup of herbal tea in the evening when you feel it is useful.
One filter is enough to prepare a cup of herbal tea (about 200 ml).
Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag, taking care to keep the container covered to avoid losing the more volatile substances.
