BIOGREEN OTO SPRAY EARWAX REMOVAL AND DISSOLUTION SOLUTION 13 ML

Description
Indicated for the eradication and/or dissolution of earwax blockages in the external auditory canal. Depending on the application time, Biogreen Oto Spray can dissolve or soften the earwax blockage, making it easier for a specialist to remove.
Biogreen Oto Spray is suitable for outpatient use by GPs or specialists for earwax removal. Thanks to its easy application method, Biogreen Oto Spray can be used independently by patients to dissolve earwax or as a preparatory treatment for earwax removal by a doctor.
Biogreen Oto Spray is useful not only for dissolving and/or removing earwax, but also as a preventative treatment for the formation of earwax plugs in patients predisposed to it or with excessive earwax production, for people wearing hearing aids, or for those who practice water sports.

How to use
- Place your head at an angle of approximately 35/40° towards the side opposite the ear to be treated.
- If the patient is at home, use a cushion and/or the armrest of the sofa, rest the head on it, taking care to position the auricle to be treated parallel to the support.
- Shake the Biogreen Oto Spray dispenser bottle.
- Remove the dispenser spout cover.
- Apply 2 to 3 compressions to the pump to allow it to fill.
- Position the dispenser nozzle near the external auditory canal.
- Dispense 8/10 sprays (approximately 1 ml) into the ear, wait approximately 5/10 seconds and then apply light downward traction on the affected earlobe, alternating with medium compression on the tragus.
This operation is recommended to allow the Biogreen Oto Spray solution to reach all parts of the ear canal.
- Repeat, immediately afterwards, the delivery of another 8/10 sprays, without eliminating the previously introduced solution.
- It is recommended to massage the tragus, even if not continuously, while waiting for the dissolution process.
- Finally, after waiting 45 minutes, proceed with a thorough washing, using a soft material pump with warm water, preparing the inclination of the head and ear to allow the dissolved earwax to come out.
- It is advisable to repeat the treatment with only 8/10 sprays of Biogreen Oto Spray in the following 2/3 days, leaving the product to act for only 10 minutes and then proceeding with washing.
- This operation, which is not essential, is recommended for safe and more thorough cleaning and sanitization of the treated duct.
- Disinfect, clean and carefully close the dispensing nozzle and its cover after use.
- Important: the product can be used until the expiry date if the cleaning and storage procedures have been perfectly followed.
It can be used by a medical specialist as a preparatory treatment for earwax removal. Thanks to its formulation, Biogreen Oto Spray softens earwax, facilitating its removal.
- Dispense 8-10 sprays of Biogreen Oto Spray into the external auditory canal and leave to act for approximately 15 minutes. Have the specialist remove the plug by suction.
USE IN PREVENTION
- In subjects suffering from recurrent occlusive earwax growths, hearing aid wearers, workers requiring noise reduction devices, those who work in dusty environments, habitual users of in-ear microphones, and in all cases where normal ventilation and physiological function of the external auditory canal are impaired, the preventive and scheduled use of Biogreen Oto Spray inhibits the accumulation of excessive earwax. Furthermore, Biogreen Oto Spray can be considered an aid in the prevention of various problems of the external ear canal.
- For effective prevention, it is sufficient to spray 4 sprays per ear (morning and evening) for three/four consecutive days, repeating the application in the following months according to medical advice.
- In case of hearing aids:
1) remove hearing aids;
2) dispense Biogreen Oto Spray into the ear canal;
3) Once the external auditory canal is completely dry, reapply the prosthesis.

Components
Tabebuia avellanedae bark extract, methylparaben, propylparaben, sodium benzoate.

Warnings
- In patients with a “pre-existing tympanic lesion”, before using Biogreen Oto Spray, consult and follow the advice of a specialist doctor.
- In cases where the earwax plug is clearly encapsulated by exfoliated epidermal layers, the Biogreen Oto Spray solution, not having a keratolytic activity, is not able to act on the earwax but only promote its removal by acting on the connections of the walls.
This procedure must be carried out only and exclusively by a specialist doctor.
- The presence of possible "whitish particles" in the dissolved earwax liquid is represented by exfoliated, lifeless epidermal layers, which are almost always found in the elements that make up the earwax plug.
- Their presence is an indication of the physiological and non-harmful behavior of the Biogreen Oto Spray solution towards the epithelium of the external auricle.
- Do not use the product in patients with ear diseases (otitis).
- Do not use the product in patients with otorrhea.
- Do not use if there is bleeding in the ear canal.

Store at temperatures not exceeding 25°C.
