ORAL SPRAY
Food supplement based on melatonin and plant extracts.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime) and alleviates the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination).
Griffonia and jujube promote relaxation and sleep.

How to use
We recommend 2 sprays, preferably under the tongue, in the evening just before bedtime or as needed. Shake before use.
