How to use
After washing your hands, remove the applicator from its packaging.
The applicator consists of two tubes, one inserted into the other. You need to extend the applicator by pulling the inner tube outward until you hear a click. Now you can insert the tampon.
Place the rounded tip of the external tube over the vaginal opening.
Point the tampon toward your lower back.
Holding the applicator tightly on the ribbed rings, push the inner tube completely into the outer tube with your index finger and the tampon will be inserted into the correct position in the vagina.
Carefully remove the two tubes. The tampon removal string will hang down. If the tampon feels uncomfortable, it wasn't inserted correctly. Remove it and try inserting a new one. Dispose of the tubes and wrapper in a waste container. Do not flush them down the toilet.
When you're ready to remove the tampon, relax and pull the removal string downward, following the same angle you used to insert the tampon. The tampon is biodegradable and can be flushed down the toilet or wrapped in paper and thrown in the trash.
