Green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves titrated at ≥95% polyphenols, ≥75% total catechins, 45% epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and ≤3% caffeine; inulin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); shell: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, at mealtimes, with water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Contains caffeine (19.5 mg/day). Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or anyone under 18. It is recommended not to exceed 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources. Do not consume 800 mg or more of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate per day. Do not take on an empty stomach or if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day.
