What is it and what is it for?
Tegens is a medicine based on bioflavonoids extracted from blueberry which has a protective action on capillaries and veins (vasoprotective) ()

Tegens is used to treat symptoms due to venous insufficiency (difficulty returning blood to the heart); capillary fragility (tendency of the capillaries to break or dilate).

Talk to your doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after a short time of treatment.


What you need to know before taking the medicine
Do not take Tegens
- if you are allergic to blueberry anthocyanin complex or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6);


Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Tegens if you are pregnant or breast-feeding (see “Pregnancy and breast-feeding”).

Talk to your doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after a short time of treatment.

Children and adolescents
The product is intended for use by adults only.


Possible side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Gastrointestinal disorders, such as heartburn, nausea, and a feeling of heaviness in the stomach, and skin rashes (redness of the skin), have been reported rarely.

Following the instructions in the package leaflet reduces the risk of side effects.
