Food supplement based on L-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, myo-inositol, B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin D3, useful in case of increased need or decreased dietary intake of the nutrients that constitute it.

Myo-inositol, edible gelatin (capsule ingredient), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel); anti-caking agents: fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin PP (niacin), vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); colorant: titanium dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), quatrefolic acid [(6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt], biotin.
