Medical device adjuvant in prevention:
- treatment of bacterial, fungal and viral infections such as candidiasis and warts;
- the treatment of postpartum injuries;
- recurrences of herpes simplex virus 2 (HSV-2).
The device is not a spermicidal or contraceptive product.
It is a rapidly dissolving gelatin capsule formulation. It creates a protective barrier over the wound to isolate and protect tissue from external irritants and promote normal, physiological healing.
The device works with a double action:
- isolates the point of application from external microbial attacks;
- limits microbial colonization in the application area, creating the best conditions for restoring the natural physiological conditions of the tissues.
