Description
Dietary supplement containing melatonin, tryptophan, and vitamin B6 with organic chamomile extract. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (present in 0.5 ml of product) shortly before bedtime. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Chamomile promotes relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Fructose, purified water, L-tryptophan, organic chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower extract, flavoring, melatonin, pyridoxine hydrochloride; acidifier: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; thickener: xanthan gum.

Gluten- free and naturally lactose- free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml orally, once a day, in the evening shortly before bedtime, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor.
Shake well before use.
The product can be taken using the graduated pipette, either as is or diluted in water. Close the dropper cap tightly after each use.

Warnings
Seek medical advice before using this product. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Any slight color variations and the formation of precipitates, which can be suspended by shaking, are due to the normal variability of natural ingredients and do not indicate an alteration in the quality of the product.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, at a room temperature not exceeding 25°C.
