Trirelax
Dietary supplement containing melatonin, hawthorn, passionflower, lemon balm, valerian extracts, and vitamin B6. Melatonin, taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Additionally, melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking it shortly before bedtime, on the first day of travel, and for a few days after arriving at your destination. Valerian helps promote relaxation and mental well-being. Passionflower helps promote relaxation and mental well-being. Lemon balm normalizes mood and is useful for promoting relaxation and mental well-being. Hawthorn promotes relaxation and contributes to mental well-being. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

How to use
