Description
Medical device for topical use containing T-LysYal (supramolecular aggregate). Biological modulator of skin structures: dermis and epithelium. It modulates the repair process of dermo-epidermal lesions thanks to its ability to reactivate regenerative processes.
Cream for use as an adjuvant in the treatment of skin abrasions and grazes, burns, wounds, hematomas, and chemical peels. T-LysYal, present in the device, has the hygroscopic capacity of the polymeric chain of hyaluronic acid, a fundamental structural constituent of the extracellular matrix (ECM). It helps keep the matrix hydrated while also supporting its structural integrity. Given their high hygroscopicity, T-LysYal solutions have a high molecular transport capacity, more closely reproducing the physiological action of endogenous hyaluronic acid, inducing increased dermis hydration, facilitating cell turnover, and removing free radicals: all of this promotes the repair and regeneration processes of dermal and epidermal lesions.

How to use
Clean your hands before proceeding.
Clean the wound with saline solution.
Spread a thin layer of the product over the entire affected surface, especially on the edges.
Protect everything with a secondary dressing, preferring greasy gauze for direct contact with the lesion.
Repeat the application 1-2 times a day until completely healed.
On edema and hematomas, spread a thin layer, without massaging, 2-3 times a day without bandaging.

Components
T-LysYal (supermolecular aggregate of hyaluronic acid, lysine, thymine, sodium chloride).
Aqua, ethylhexyl stearate, glyceryl stearate, dimethicone, propylene glycol, cetearyl alcohol, cyclopentaiutoxane, glycolic acid, PEG-100 stearate, triethanolamine, sorbitan stearate, stearic acid, methylparaben, propylparaben, sodium dehydroacetate, lecithin, tocopherol, ascorbyl palmitate, citric acid.

Warnings
The product is intended for topical use.
Dressing with Trosyd Repair requires compliance with the most common hygiene and asepsis rules, so wash your hands thoroughly before applying it to damaged skin.
The affected area should be cleaned only with saline solution to remove any foreign bodies, while excess secretion and/or blood should be dabbed with gauze compresses.
Do not use in conjunction with other products.
If purulent material is present, consult your doctor before proceeding with use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not ingest.
The product is contraindicated in subjects who are intolerant/hypersensitive to any of the components.
No adverse effects of clinical relevance are known.
When applied to damaged skin, you may feel a burning sensation which tends to resolve spontaneously after a few seconds.
If any side effects other than those described appear, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
Any serious event occurring in relation to the device must be reported to the manufacturer SILDEHA, and to the competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is established.
Although the effects of Trosyd Repair cream during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding are not known, the application of the product in these cases is subject to the doctor's judgment.

Conservation
Store at room temperature. Keep away from heat.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 48 months.
