WOMAN
A medical device based on a complex of hyaluronic acid and spermidine indicated for the treatment of female genitourinary syndromes. Hyaluronic acid is a physiological biopolymer composed of glycosaminoglycans typical of the extracellular matrix.
By hydrating, it binds large amounts of water, thus contributing to the integrity of epithelial and connective tissues. The complex releases spermidine in a "sustained" form, which supports physiological renewal processes. Spermidine is a metabolite essential to physiology through the regulation of vital cellular processes. It is present in genitourinary tissues, although it may be a limited/limiting factor, where exogenous intake thus becomes "restorative" of the physiological condition. The action of spermidine creates microenvironmental conditions that induce stress on cellular mechanosensors. This mode of action evokes a positive micromechanical stimulation (therefore comparable to a form of "soft" internal gymnastics) that leads to progressive vulvar, urethral, and vaginal re-education.
Ubigel Donna improves and supports genitourinary trophism with high bioadhesive properties on tissues, forming a trophic film capable of supporting the recompaction of the epithelial and connective tissue layers. Ubigel Donna adheres to the genitourinary tissues, progressively reducing perceived discomfort. The product's nature allows it to be used in conjunction with treatments aimed at vaginal infections. For use in cases of vulvodynia.
How to use
Apply every other day for 4 weeks. After a one-week break, resume with one application every 3 days for another 4 weeks. Discontinue use if symptoms resolve prematurely. Occasional use with sporadic applications is recommended to maintain the benefits achieved after treatment.
- Unscrew the cap and pierce the seal with the back of the cap.
- Press in the direction of the finger of the opposite hand, depositing approximately 1 cm of gel.
- Apply a quantity of gel equal to 2 g of product.
- Apply with a short massage to the vulvar area and leave to absorb for about two minutes.

Warnings
This product is intended for topical use only. Do not use by any route other than that indicated in this leaflet. Do not use in pregnant women without first consulting a doctor. Do not use the product after the expiration date shown on the package. Do not use the tube if it is broken or damaged. Keep out of reach of children.
Conservation
Store between 4°C and 30°C. Close the tube after use.
