Ingredients
Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L. , root) dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acid, Hops ( Humulus lupulus L. , strobili) dry extract titrated at 0.4% in total flavonoids, Jujube ( Ziziphus jujuba Mill. , seeds) dry extract titrated at 2% minimum in triterpenic saponins, corn maltodextrins; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose, fatty acids, glycerol; colouring: titanium dioxide.

How to use
