Description
Food supplement for sleep.

Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., roots) extract tit. at 0.8% valerenic acid, hops (Humulus lupulus L., cones) extract tit. at 0.4% min. flavonoids, jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill., seeds) extract tit. at 2% triterpene saponins, maltodextrin; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose, fatty acids, glycerol; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coloring: titanium dioxide; melatonin.

Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
It is recommended to take one to two tablets a day, swallowed whole with a glass of water, preferably in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor. Do not take if you have a known or suspected allergy to any of the ingredients.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity, and direct heat. The expiration date applies to the product in its unopened packaging, stored properly.
