Description
Food supplement.
Contains a formulation of ingredients specially selected to promote rapid sleep:
- melatonin 1 mg, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime;
- valerian: promotes relaxation for sleep;
- hops.

Ingredients
Stabilizers: sorbitol, glycerol; water, hops e.g. (Humulus lupulus L., flowers); coloring: plain caramel; valerian soft extract (Valeriana officinalis L., root); preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid; flavorings; emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids; melatonin.

Gluten- free and naturally lactose- free.

How to use
The recommended daily dose is 20 drops, equivalent to 1 mg of melatonin, to be taken in the evening half an hour before bedtime. For those under 18, use only after consulting a doctor. Shake the bottle well before use: the highly concentrated hop residue, if not completely dissolved in the solution, does not affect the product's effectiveness. Administer the desired dose diluted in a little water or another beverage, or directly in water.


Warnings
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to one or more components. Use is not recommended for women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, or while breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. The expiration date refers to the product when stored properly in its intact packaging.

Conservation
Store in a dry place away from direct light and at controlled room temperature (15-25°C).
