What is it and what is it for?
Valeriana Dispert contains an active ingredient called valerian root dry extract. It is a hypnotic-sedative medicine, meaning it can induce sleep (hypnotic) and have a calming (sedative) effect.
Valeriana Dispert is used as a mild sedative, also to promote night-time rest.
