Dietary supplement containing creatine, arginine, carnitine, magnesium, and potassium, with zinc, iron, vitamins C and B12, useful in cases of reduced intake or increased needs. Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function. Furthermore, magnesium, iron, and vitamins (C and B12) contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The formula is enriched with zinc, which, together with vitamin C, helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports the normal function of the immune system.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: sorbitol; creatine monohydrate, L-arginine base, potassium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, L-carnitine-L-tartrate; flavoring: orange; acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ferrous gluconate; sweetener: sucralose; zinc gluconate; coloring: riboflavin; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
One or two sachets a day, to be taken by dissolving the contents in a large glass of water.
